These officials in El Dorado County California are text book abusers. To quote the Declaration of Independence allegation, "For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States.” <br><br>Though I am a Plaintiff in federal court having lassoed half the elected officials in the county for participating in a Monell liability abuse in retaliation for free speech, I also complained the California CJP. <a href="http://www.cjp.ca.gov" rel="nofollow">www.cjp.ca.gov</a> They admonished this judge and are taking “corrective action.” I have been bringing to public scrutiny the overt cronyism of the local media in Sacramento and El Dorado County. They will not inform the public of the danger that looms over them due to corruption and the joys of 11th amendment immunity by those politicians who over reach they powers with promise of protection from even corrupt acts [see Bogan v.
