The following is a open letter I wrote to Mr. Mark Cuban, owner of HD.net and the NBA Dallas Mavericks… This letter is in response to a recent quote by Mr. Bill Moyers (PBS) who said, “Don’t Get Mad, Get Busy.”
I firmly believe that a large window of opportunity is starring all of us in the face. Americas founders created a perfect union when they debated and ratified our U.S. Constitution. Was the U.S. Constitution a 100% perfect document? The simple answer is, No. There are a few “minor” details that need to be fixed. So, why aren’t the American people busy fixing them? We have the power and authority but have thus far chosen to ignore our civic responsibility… Some will say, “We elect Presidents, Senators and Representatives to do these tasks.” That said, what if the people we elect fail to perform their constitutional duty?
As promised, here’s my letter to Mr. Cuban. I request that each and every American read this letter. “We The People” deserve honest answers so we can begin the process of fixing our nation.

Thank you for providing Mr. Dan Rather with the opportunity to continue his craft… I’ll never forget episode 331, Dirty Money Down South…
For over a year, on FFTP and elsewhere, I’ve attempted to get answers from the MSM to this question, “How much income does your broadcast company earn from political and election advertising?”
My concern is one which I believe is important to all Americans… Simply put, I believe U.S. elections are rigged… The largest voting block in America is Independent (fiscal conservative/social liberal)… When Independents run for public office they’re ignored unless they have mass amounts of money to feed the MSM… It’s like a poker game, you either have enough cash to pay the ante or you don’t… Furthermore, as in 1996, even if you have vast amounts of cash there’s no guarantee you’ll get invited to debate your challengers…
Mr. Rather has at times spoke in public about being a, “patriotic journalist, speaking truth-to-power,” and the fear that creates with journalists…
Our nation needs Mr. Rather, Mr. Moyers, Ms. Goodman, Mr. Dobbs, Mr. King and any other journalist with the freedom and courage to pursue my questions until we get honest answers… Has Americas body politic been sold to the highest bidder? Does the highest bidder control both the RNC and DNC? I want to believe that democracy is alive and well in America…

Mike writes, “There is a difference between “winning elections” and governing.”
Yes. But, one cannot govern without first winning an election… Let's look at Jesse Ventura… Had Mr. Ventura been more “forward thinking” he would of realized that his political legacy wasn't what he personally was able to get passed into law in Minnesota. Jesse could of launched a very powerful Independent Reform party nationwide. All we needed was dedicated leadership and time to identify and promote viable alternative candidates that really stood for something (Reform Platform and Principles of Reform that were already adopted by rank-and-file party members and printed). In addition, we'd have the ability to educate the American people on what the Reform Party stood for and how “they're” empowered to make the Independent Reform party even better. In a matter of two to three election cycles Ventura would of seen a power shift in Minnesota that he would of been the proud founder of. As soon as enough state “Reform” legislators were seated to create a majority the reforms we stood for would be brought to the floor, debated and voted upon… If this were to happen, who would even care if the RNC or DNC pulled out of Minnesota?
The point I'm attempting to make is: “We The People” could take matters into our own hands if the MSM would allow it to happen. We could control our nations destiny if the MSM would allow it to happen. The MSM stood in our way by ignoring our Principles of Reform and Reform platform. Going one step further, the MSM used the normal band of political analyst (pundits) to ridicule our candidates and silence our Reform agenda, Why? and to benefit whom? The MSM has repeatedly placed greed and corruption ahead of the will of the people. “We The People” have, by someone's unethical design, become a herd of ignorant sheep. “We The People” know: right from wrong, ethical from unethical, accountable from unaccountable, justice from injustice. America's number one enemy is the shadow propaganda machine who's firmly in control of America's MSM, PBS and Fox News included.
Mike writes, “As long as I have a pulse, I will keep telling whoever will listen that we have to get our hands dirty to fix our government. The lubricant that greased the gears during the twentieth century — cheap, plentiful natural resources, and robust manufacturing — is just about gone. If we do not open up the hood very soon, this machine is finished.”
Once again, had the MSM done it's job, the real outcomes resulting from NAFTA and GATT would of been exposed for all to see. Corporate greed and massive government–media corruption has all but destroyed the American Dream, monetary system and our Constitutional rule of law.
America, we must unite as one and force President Barack Obama and his FCC to strip the MSM companies of their broadcast licenses if they refuse to continue to be non-objective in there reporting of all U.S. elections… Candidates, initiatives, referendums and recall measures should be granted free airtime as a condition of any FCC broadcast license. If the U.S. Supreme Court wants to rule that “money is free speech and is therefore protected by the 1st. Amendment, “We The People” must devise a constitutional method to combat the unbridled influence that money creates on free and fair democratic elections.
Well, I would not say that our elections are necessarily “rigged.” That is, unless you adhere to the position that we have become a herd of sheep who will follow the ones we see and hear the most from–regardless of what they are representing. Sadly, that is a fairly accurate description of most.
